Parking Information

Below you will find information related to parking options related to the property.
Parking information is also available on the Sympark website.

Location:   The parking garage has three levels (G1, G2, G3) and is accessible from 18th Street and 20th Street.  The G1 level is reserved for Marriott AC Hotel National Landing guests.

Hours of Operation:  The parking garage is a 24/7 self-parking facility.

  Daily Rates:   Monthly Rates:

  Monday - Friday, 6:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m.

  • Up to 1 hour:     $6.00                       
  • Up to 2 hours:   $12.00
  • Daily Max:         $23.00
  Lost tickets are subject to the max daily rate

  Drivers obtain tickets upon garage entry and 
  can pay by credit card when exiting. 
 

  Monthly Parking:

  • Standard:    $175.00
  • Reserved:   $350.00


 Lost Parking Card: Contact the JBGS Parking
 Office to report a lost or damaged card.
 ($15.00 replacement card fee)

Free Parking is available during the following times:

24/7, Weekends and Holidays

Monday - Friday, between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.
(if entering and exiting garage during this timeframe)


Car Charging Stations: 

  • Location: G2 Level near 1901 S Bell Street elevator lobby.
  • Service Provider: EV Passport


Bicycle Racks & Storage: located on the G2 level near the 1901 S Bell Street elevator lobby.

Contractor Parking:  Contractors who are doing work for a tenant in the building must request a parking pass from the Property Management Office located at 241 18th Street, Suite 200, Arlington VA 22202
